Operating in Northwest Calgary, Leading Tone Music Studio has been enabling students to achieve musical excellence and fostering a love for the arts since the early 2000s. Led by our team of passionate and talented teachers, we offer private piano, violin, guitar, bass, drums and theory lessons as well as group classes in our Music for Young Children (MYC) program. " We have had a great experience with leading tone for our 5 yr old. I've really enjoyed the "Music for young children" program. It's very different from the traditional way I started out in at her age and it's so much more fun for kids. I'm so happy my child really enjoys the group classes and is truly learning to love music. I like how they do recitals for even the young ones. This will hopefully help our child develop more confidence. During the pandemic, the staff at the studio quickly pivoted and provided effective online learning and they utilized the technology very well, better than any of the other classes that we continued online. Miss Dora and Miss Amanda are very good with feedback, and quick to make adjustments as needed. "
